A Number of Key Plots of Land in Huadu Were Approved, Laying Sound Land Foundation for High Quality Economic Development
Recently, under the overall deployment of the People's Government of Huadu District of Guangzhou and with the strong financial support of Guangzhou city, the Huadu Sub-bureau of Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "Huadu Sub-bureau") took the initiative and coordinated efficiently to successfully complete the land approval for 9 key projects, laying a solid land foundation for the high-quality economic development of Huadu District.
In the process of promoting the project, the Huadu Sub-bureau earnestly fulfilled its main responsibility, strengthened overall coordination, promoted the implementation of specific work with a high degree of responsibility and pragmatic work style, carried out on-site operation in the front line of approval, dealt accurately with such difficult blockages as cross-departmental coordination and process connection, strictly adhered to law-based government administration, refined workflows and manage precisely approval points to comprehensively improve approval efficiency; as a result the Sub-bureau successfully completed the high-quality approval of nine key projects, including Phase II of the North Plot of Huazhi West Road, the renovation project of town and industrial cluster area in Xiangshan Village, and the North Plot 1 of Jinshi Avenue.
The total land area of the 9 key projects approved reached 197.5 acres, to be used in key areas such as industrial development and people's livelihood support. The successful approval of the plots not only provides a high-quality space carrier for the development of enterprises, but also significantly enhances the value of regional land. At present, some plots have already successfully attracted a number of high-quality enterprises such as Mona Lisa, Wanyang Group, and Aogu, which further enriches the industrial formats and speaks fully of the strategic plan of Huadu District to optimize the allocation of land resources and accurately serve the implementation of industrial projects.
